This position requires excellent attention to detail, organization skills, problem-solving abilities, excellent computer aptitude, communication skills, and must obtain the ability to multi-task. This is a great job for someone with prior inventory and purchasing experience that also has the motivation to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Daily accurate management of branch inventory (counting, making adjustments, reallocating)
• General warehouse upkeep and cleanliness
• Create, edit, and receive all branch purchase orders for all materials needed
• Management of small parts, lumber, and raw materials for installations
• Prepare each Installers' work order for the following day
• Communicates with the Purchasing Department and Manager about daily needs
• Assist Installers first thing in the morning to assure they have all necessary parts
• Manages dumpsters and recycling pick ups
• Responsible for the security of the building (locking up at the end of the day)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Computer & Systems aptitude
• Excellent organization skills
• Excellent multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Forklift certification a plus
• Have a flexible and helpful approach in dealing with the many different tasks associated with the inventory and warehouse
• Be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Must have a pleasant and friendly demeanor and be flexible
• Have the ability to communicate across multiple branches
• Experience with inventory system a plus
• Able to lift 100 pounds
